Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide of 29 amino acids, reproducing the N-terminal fragment of GHRH (growth hormone-releasing hormone).
Peptides, biochemistry, molecular biology, and receptor action are the laboratory fields in which it has been studied, and the literature has considered its molecular features, peptide–receptor interaction, binding at GHRH receptors, and the molecular signalling mechanisms concerned.
Examined as well, under controlled experimental conditions, are receptor affinity, peptide chemistry, structure–activity relationships, adenylate cyclase-associated signalling, cAMP-linked molecular pathways, sequence-dependent behaviour, peptide stability, physicochemical properties, and analytical identification. Vial format is the supply presentation.
